TBC recognises that many of our clients are currently facing complex challenges both internally and externally when it comes to embedding nature considerations into their business. Challenges can include constrained budgets/ reduced internal resources, complicated procurement processes, the need to convince internal stakeholders on the business impacts from nature-related risks, and concerns from senior leadership about how any nature-related commitments could be perceived in the currently global political climate. This is all against the backdrop of a proliferation of frameworks, initiatives and guidance that has resulted in a complex and fast-evolving landscape that is challenging for companies to navigate and prioritise effectively.
Designed based on extensive input from our current clients, TBC’s new Strategic Advisory Service provides a flexible, subscription-based solution that has been tailored to help our client navigate these challenges.

What is it?
The Strategic Advisory Service has been designed with three different tiers. This offers companies different entry points depending on their needs and budget. Corporate clients and financial institutions also have differentiated offerings.
What is included:
- On-demand advisory support – all tiers include ad hoc advisory hours that our clients can use at their discretion to help supplement their internal teams. This allows subscribers access to TBC’s deep technical expertise in nature through our in-house subject-matter experts.
- Quarterly curated intelligence on market trends, regulatory and scientific developments, keeping teams ahead of evolving expectations
- Events
- All subscribers will get tickets to the invite-only annual TBC Strategic Showcase. This will be a day-long event in Cambridge, UK that will include: showcases on what various companies (both corporates and financial institutions) are doing in the nature space as well as showcases on leading nature-related science that will inform the future.
- Financial institutions will also get tickets to an annual invite-only nature showcase with other financial institutions to networking and cross-learning.
- Financial research notes – Detailed reports that financially quantify specific nature risks, e.g. EBITDA effect due to storm surge, crop failure, water flow disruption, wildfire, etc. (3 per year for Standard and Premium tier financial institution subscribers)
