Business Director
Juliette brings over 10 years of experience at the intersection of biodiversity science, policy, and business, helping organisations integrate nature into strategic decision‑making. She has worked at WWF and BSR, advising multinational companies, NGOs, and public institutions on the assessment of nature‑related risks and impacts, and on the development of ambitious actionable strategies to address them.
She was seconded to the Science Based Targets Network (SBTN), where she co‑led the biodiversity hub and contributed to the development of global guidance and tools for science‑based targets for nature. Earlier in her career, she gained field conservation experience in a nature reserve in Kenya.
At The Biodiversity Consultancy, Juliette leads work on agriculture supply chains, with a focus on the food and beverage, fashion and apparel, personal care and beauty sectors. She also serves as a key representative of the organisation in France. Her work combines scientific rigour, policy insight, and a deep understanding of global frameworks to deliver pragmatic, implementation‑focused solutions.
Juliette has authored peer‑reviewed publications and technical guidance on biodiversity metrics and contributed to the scientific committees of biodiversity footprinting tools such as GBS (Global Biodiversity Score) and CBF (Corporate Biodiversity Footprint). She also lectures at AgroParisTech. She is recognised among France’s under‑40 leaders driving the ecological transition. She is fluent in French and English.
