Krzysztof Jaworski

Krzysztof is a commercial and strategic leader with over 15 years of international experience across energy, renewables and infrastructure.

His career spans the full asset lifecycle, from construction and project delivery to development, investment advisory and M&A. He has held senior leadership positions at ERM and Natural Power, founded and successfully exited an offshore wind consultancy, and served as an expert to the European Commission since 2020.

Having worked with developers, investors, financial institutions and major industrial clients across EMEA, APAC and North America, he brings a combination of technical understanding, commercial insight and entrepreneurial experience.

At TBC, Krzysztof leads commercial growth across renewables, developing strategic partnerships and helping clients navigate biodiversity challenges within their wider investment and development objectives.

Outside work, Krzysztof enjoys hiking, watch collecting and reading, with a particular interest in history, philosophy and political thought.
