Shana Westfall

As Practice Director, Nature Services, Shana will be leading on business development; expanding our portfolio of clients, managing key projects and client relationships, and working with our technical design experts to respond to market needs through innovative solutions for our clients.  

Shana will be leading a team combining deep experience on biodiversity, with internationally recognised expertise, Shana will mentor and support a high-performing group of biodiversity and nature specialists working across a range of clients.

With over 20 years of experience in environmental and social consultancy, supplemented with several years of recent client-side experience Shana led the management of environmental and social issues for a variety of power projects across Africa. Shana has also led the Impact Assessment Technical Community for Europe, Middle East and Africa and project managed many large-scale impact assessments for clients across a multitude of sectors. Shana is experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams that included biodiversity specialists and have reviewed many a biodiversity deliverable.
