Claire is an Environmental and ESG specialist with over 20 years of international experience delivering IFC Performance Standard 6–aligned ESIAs, ESG due diligence, and nature positive strategies for major infrastructure, energy and resource developments across Europe, Asia Pacific and emerging markets. Her career includes extensive leadership & technical advisory roles in France, Australia and Vietnam, where she guided developers and investors through complex biodiversity, ecosystem services and Indigenous Peoples considerations, delivering lender-grade ESIAs for solar, wind and LNG to power projects.
At The Biodiversity Consultancy, Claire brings deep technical authority in biodiversity metrics, critical habitat assessment and nature positive design, combined with strategic leadership and stakeholder diplomacy. She is known for fostering high-performing multicultural teams and translating technical and regulatory risks into clear, actionable pathways that shape investment decisions and strengthen environmental governance.
When not working, Claire enjoys spending time outdoors, supporting community-based initiatives and volunteering with local sports and youth associations.
