Imogen Bolton

Imogen is a sustainability consultant with five years’ experience specialising in integrating nature into major project, corporate, and investment strategies. She works in The Biodiversity Consultancy’s Nature Services team, supporting pharmaceutical and private equity clients to assess nature-related risks and develop science-based strategies aligned with frameworks like TNFD.

Before joining TBC, Imogen spent three years at KPMG UK advising corporates, investors, and public sector clients on aligning with frameworks such as TNFD and CRSD. She supported embedding nature into capital programmes, managing complex ESG transformations, and leading nature-related risk assessments and nature strategy development. Prior to KPMG, she was a Project Manager at the United Nations Global Compact, leading global upskilling and capacity-building initiatives on climate and nature.

Imogen brings strategic insight and expertise in translating complex science into actionable business advice. She holds an MA in Globalisation, Business and Sustainable Development and is pursuing a CFA in Impact Investing. She speaks English and French.
