Amelia Topham
Operations Manager
Amelia Topham joined the team in late 2012 as administrative lead at the Cambridge office.
A gifted and energetic administrator, she made an immediate impact working across all areas of the business support team and in 2018 took on the position of Finance Manager. In this role, Amelia oversaw budgeting, tenders, client contracts, staff payroll & pension, invoicing, and credit control.
More recently, she became our Operations Manager and liaises between teams to ensure streamlined organisational processes and projects.
